Multifamily property management company — FCRA tenant screening
Automated FCRA tenant screening with adverse action handling, dispute workflow, and the audit trail proving the process was followed — configurable by jurisdiction.
The situation
A multifamily property management company needed tenant screening automated across multiple states. FCRA makes that harder than it looks: adverse action has required steps and required timing, and the obligation is not only to follow the process but to be able to demonstrate afterwards that it was followed.

What we built
Pre-adverse and final adverse action notices issued as part of the workflow
Consumer disclosure on request
Dispute handling workflow
An audit trail demonstrating the process was followed correctly
Multi-state lease templates with notice timing configurable by jurisdiction
Adverse action handling, disclosure, dispute workflow, and the supporting audit trail were built in from the architecture stage rather than added after a compliance review.
